Bollywood’s King Shah Rukh Khan has left no stone unturned to perfect his role in his upcoming comeback film ‘Pathaan’ which reunites him with Deepika Padukone. SRK on Sunday night ahead of the release of the first song 'Besharam Rang' from the film visited Vaishno Devi Temple to seek the blessing of Mata Vaishno. This is Shah Rukh’s second pilgrimage this month. Earlier, he had visited Mecca where he was seen performing the Umrah.

Several photos and videos of SRK from the Vaishno Devi shrine have surfaced online. In one viral clip, the 57-year-old actor was seen wearing a black hoodie and he had his face covered while walking along with other pilgrims at the temple. The actor’s face is not visible in any of the videos as security guards didn't allow anyone to take photos of the actor. As per the reports, the Diwale actor planned a visit to the holy shrine around midnight on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday. Soon after his videos surfaced online, many fans applauded the actor for not taking any special treatment. One netizen wrote, “He is walking with everyone and not taking special treatment. Very good.” Another said, “Shah Rukh Khan at Vaishno Devi's temple.. first Umrah at Mecca and now here.. he truly represents the whole India..!! Epitome of Secularism.”

On a related note, Pathaan directed by Siddharth Anand features Salman Khan in a special cameo. Bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, the project marks Shah Rukh’s return to the silver screen after four years. The film will hit the theatres on January 25, 2023.
